Sen Feinstein and all the Democrats want a Supreme Court Justice who will rule based on politics not the rule of law. Her line of questions is in fact proof they seek judicial activists to uphold progressive policies, especially after she expressed concern Judge Gorsuch would rule as an originalist.
Democrats have a genuine problem with the rule of law being upheld when it goes against everything they stand for. Sen Feinstein is a staunch advocate against citizens rights to self-defense, she would love to find a judge who would agree on banning all weapons she and the Democrat party think Americans shouldn’t have access to. The fact that the Founders believed the People should have access to the same arms as the government has been completely dismissed by both sides! The Senator of course enjoys the benefits of having armed bodyguards and at one time carried a concealed weapon! She exemplifies the “do as I say not as I do” mentality we see far too much from hypocritical Democrat leaders. It will not be a surprise to see her cast a no vote for Judge Gorsuch.
