The Supreme Court made another whopper of a decision redefining marriage. The long-term effects of this ruling are still unknown but many warn more lawsuits are coming against those who side with traditional marriage. All the Justices wrote about the right of freedom of religion but watch and see how many will be persecuted for sticking to their First Amendment right.
Then SCOTUS, for the second time, ruled in favor of Obamacare. This law has had a detrimental effect on our economy, has increased costs for healthcare while level of care has decreased. Americans are paying more in premiums and deductibles after losing their doctors.
The actions of the court has destroyed what is left of the Separation of Powers. We have the Judicial and Executive Branches now legislating and working in sync to get an agenda through in defiance of a Republican dominant Congress.
As for our Legislative Branch, they have pushed Obamatrade through. Our leaders in Washington are clearly acting in their best interests vs those of the American people. They seem more concerned with helping the economies of other nations than ours while millions of Americans are unemployed.
And then there is the attack on the Confederate Flag which has gotten completely out of control. It is a piece of our history and frankly a scar. We need our scars to learn and remember who we are. Sadly monuments have been vandalized and many want to erase our past while pushing a progressive agenda. But in their hypocrisy the PC police don’t seem to have a problem with the Nazi Flag or other symbols of atrocities from our past remaining in place and for sale.
