This Angela Rye needs to open up a history book or two vs pretending she knows it. The party of oppression IS the democrat party. Look at the damage they have done over the ages especially in the inner cities they have controlled! The real oppression in the US can all be traced back to them.
Sorry Angela but, Trump supporter and fmr Navy SEAL, Carl Higbie is correct, Republicans are the party of Martin Luther King. Most of the values and principles Dr. King championed are upheld by today’s conservative republicans. If King were alive he would surely side with conservative republicans over democrats. There is no way he would approve of today’s democrat and their abuse of the system and people.
Republicans were the ones who set the slaves free, championed gun rights and capitalism, civil rights (YEP! Nixon actually helped get it through in 1957) and so on. It’s not surprising democrat operatives like Rye will take to the airwaves in a piss poor attempt to rewrite history.
America, if your kids are being taught this alternative history that democrats are wonderful and republicans are evil, you might want to put them in a school that will teach the truth.
