Kyle Rittenhouse Acted in Self-Defense

Kyle Rittenhouse has been charged with first degree murder after shooting 3 “peaceful protesters” killing 2. The democrats and media want you to believe he is a radicalized, white supremacist, Nazi, Trump supporter who went on a rampage the night of August 25th. Thankfully for Rittenhouse there are cameras everywhere, providing footage which prove he was acting in self-defense when he was attacked.

Here is all the footage in chronological order, starting off with the first fatality, Joseph Rosenbaum, a convicted pedophile, who was taunting armed citizens, whose sole purpose was to provide security for local businesses.

 
Rosenbaum was “bowing” up because he didn’t think any of these armed individuals would actually pull the trigger. So he was instigating a fight.

In this next video Rittenhouse is being chased by Rosenbaum, throwing what appears to be a molotov cocktail. Remember these rioters have been destroying and torching businesses. Also take note of another unidentified individual who fires his weapon in the air. Now put yourself in Rittenhouse’s position, what would you do? You’re being chased by an individual who is making threats, throwing something potentially deadly at you, you hear a weapon going off – your first instinct after reasonably retreating is to defend yourself… thus the taking down of Rosenbaum.

Here we see Rittenhouse after running down the street following the shooting of Rosenbaum, where he trips and falls with multiple attackers on him. The first in white pants attempts a running jump on him. The next attacker, a radical with a criminal record Anthony Huber, 26, strikes Rittenhouse with his skateboard and tries to pull the rifle where Rittenhouse fires once into Huber’s belly. As that happens Gaige Grosskreutz, 26, a member of People’s Revolution Movement with a criminal record, armed with a handgun moves in, hesitates and then continues on to do what one could assume was to fire on Rittenhouse but he gets shot in the arm.

Rittenhouse didn’t unload his magazine on any of these attackers, he controlled his fire all three times. As matter of fact as he recovered his position after falling and defending himself he checked and continued to move out carefully where you can hear more shots in the background. He only took shots to stop the threats, Grosskreutz should be thankful all he got was a shot in the arm!

Aside from using the weapon in clear acts self-defense, which many attorneys say Rittenhouse was in his right, there are other legal issues he will still have to contend. Being 17yo, across state lines with a firearm will be a challenge for him to overcome per  948.60  Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

This is what happens when there is no police to stop roving mobs of violent individuals. Citizens are compelled to arm themselves to defend innocent people and property, resulting in unnecessary shootings, making things more contentious than they already are. You think it’s bad now just wait! Think ahead, how bad will the Left riot when/if Rittenhouse is acquitted for murder?

The anti-2A crowd is going to use this as Exhibit “A” for gun control, if not confiscation if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris win in November. These riots and shootings are giving the democrats all the “facts” they need to lock this country down worse than it’s been under the pandemic. The rioters will be emboldened if they win too, seeing their acts acceptable by voters.
