This is Why McKinney TX Officer Drew His Weapon

Corporal Eric Casebolt has resigned in the aftermath of the out of control pool party in McKinney, TX. A lot of differing opinions are flying about what happened and why the officer drew his weapon. If you put yourself in the officers position surrounded by screaming, irate people and then in the corner of your eye you see two people coming up behind you where one is reaching to the back of his waistband your going to pull your gun.

The officer doesn’t know who these kids are, what their background is, if they are armed or not and quickly drew his weapon taking a defensive position to an imminent threat. This is what police are trained to do to defend themselves. The Corporal never pointed his gun at anyone and quickly holstered it. Anyone in a law enforcement position would be justified in doing the same thing Casebolt did.

If liberals have their way police will be disarmed or forced to ask a potential threat what their intentions are before the officer can respond! We are heading in a very dangerous territory tagging every event involving the police as racist. Can we for once wait and get the facts on a story before charges of racism are made? A very bad precedent is being set and when real racism happens no one is going to listen.
