Miami HS Principal Fired For Defending McKinney Cop

Political Correctness is Out of Control!

Why are people losing their jobs outside of the workplace?! North Miami Senior High School Principal Alberto Iber did absolutely nothing wrong when he posted his personal opinion online about the officer involved in the McKinney, TX pool party incident.

As I pointed out the officers reaction was justified and in a defensive manner. He was being surrounded by irate people especially by two boys where, from his perspective, one of the individuals was reaching for the back of his waistband. Any officer would have reacted in the same manner if they saw someone coming at them and reaching to their back waistband during a heated confrontation. Regardless of who is wrong or right in TX Principal Iber, who is in Miami FL, should not lose his job for invoking his First Amendment right! What he said DID NOT violate the school districts “insensitivity” policies.

So much for the land of the free huh! Is this what we have come to where you can’t say anything at anytime (including your own personal time off the clock) and if you do you lose your job!? This country is clearing going insane, completely coming off the rails over all of this political correctness that has been forced on us by progressives.

The American people need to stand up and say enough we are losing this country…

Miami-Dade schools remove principal after his post about police controversy

The principal of North Miami Senior High School inadvertently injected himself into the racially charged national debate over police treatment of blacks with a social media comment — and it wound up costing him his position at the school.

The Miami-Dade County school district announced Wednesday that Alberto Iber had been removed as principal after going online to defend a white Texas police officer who waved a gun at black teens while responding to a call about an unruly pool party.

In a brief statement, the district said employees are required to conduct themselves, both personally and professionally, in a manner that represents the school district’s core values. The district said a replacement would be named shortly and that Iber would be reassigned to administrative duties.

“Judgment is the currency of honesty,” said Superintendent of Schools Alberto Carvalho. “Insensitivity — intentional or perceived — is both unacceptable and inconsistent with our policies, but more importantly with our expectation of common sense behavior that elevates the dignity and humanity of all, beginning with children.”… read more
