A “man-made disaster” no thanks to liberal aka progressive policies that have put the needs of the environment and a smelt over the needs of human life. California has doubled in its population but the progressive ruling party has done everything possible to prevent any new reservoirs or “new water conveyance system over decades”.
What the democrats are doing to this state is small scale to what they are doing to America. Gov Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown is even going as far as to threaten people that if they shower too long they’ll be fined $500 A DAY!! That is communism for you America, no matter what type of language he wants to sugar coat it with.
Govt controls entirely too much of our lives from making it impossible to start up a new business to controlling our access to water!
