Black Guns Matter is a pro-Second Amendment group, out of Phila, PA, who believes people in communities should be armed. Toure also appeared on Fox News’ Facebook Live segment demonstrating how well educated he is on the Founders and explains his group trains and educates people within inner city on proper use of weapons and their 2A rights.
